Radisson Blu Hotel, Antwerp City Centre

the rooms are spacious, the bar is busy.

The staff was extrememly pleasant and helpful. I was permitted to check in early to my room which was very kind. Along with the excellent staff, the free wifi was a big help and would cause me to consider this hotel again.

There was a lot of noise outside the hotel at night. I am not sure what the cause of the noise was, but I heard screaming and people yelling all night long. I believe I was on the east side of the hotel. When I mentioned it to the staff they were apologetic but did not seem surprised.

Nice hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. Staff were very helpful on my first stay, guiding me on dining options. I'll definitely be back for Christmas.

Very good sized and brand-new room, healthy breakfast items. Fantastic location in the very nice area, really close to Antwerp's splendid railway station and even more splendid zoo and a metro stop and the train station and trams and buses. Besides, excellent for visiting a large well - defined zoo...

Rooms very clean and a descent size. Staff very helpful, Friendly and Professional. Very good breakfast and the free wifi worked well.

Had dinner on first night in Hotel and though food was OK (average) it was very expensive and I went out to find additional to eat.

Exceptional brand-new property with service-minded and competent staff with very good service from the staff. Convenient and perfect location close to De Keyserlei Thoroughfare. Close to restaurants and bars and the central station available close to the hotel.

Ugly views.

Everything apart from unreliable WiFi/internet connection. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable, the price was reasonable, the coffee machine in the room was great too.

Unreliable internet/WiFi that kept cutting off or became very very slow. I am sure there is a simple and inexpensive solution to this problem.

Recommended hotel in walking distance to the city center and train station. Idea when also visiting Brussels. Ask for a front view which overlooks the square towards the beautiful Antwerp station.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a great view of the city from the Junior Suite and excellent amenities like the fitness centre and indoor swimming pool.

The Premium Room was clean, but the air conditioning didn't work properly.

We wanted a comfortable hotel in the city centre with a resturant and car parking so that we could tour the old city and then visit the world war 1 battle fields and museums. This hotel was ideal for us. The staff were friendly, helpful and multi lingual.

Car parking was a bit expensive but was vey convenient, so I suppose it was a fair balance.A Simpler explanation of how to get there would also be helpful 'Opposite the central station' would help when asking the public!
